    I feel like I finally have a better understanding of what this keto thing is, and of my own biology. I know things about myself that I didn't before and I know things that I know I need to change in my life, health and nutrition.

    My main question is this: I have heard of both types of ketosis, where you are either in ketosis or in a "slower" ketosis? (Like Ketoacidosis, which is a different kind of ketosis) What are the differences between these and what does that mean as far as my health and diet?
